It’s a crazy place out there.
Right now there are a lot of unanswered questions:
- Who is gonna get elected next week?
- What happens after the election?
- Is quarantine ever going to end?
- When will a viable vaccine be available?
- What about the economy?
The lack of control in your life can feel overwhelming.
But it doesn’t have to.
The truth is, you have the same control today that you always had.
There are only two things you control:
- Your choices
- Your actions
You can’t control what happens to you because so much of it really is outside of your control.
But that shouldn’t scare you. It should give you peace.
Because you do control your response to what happens to you.
No one can make you do anything.
They can try to goad you, but every reaction is up to you.
Every day is a choice.
